Description
Advanced Adhesive Constructed jacket from the Metropolis Series, cut with a detachable down lining, adjustable hood and a full button fastening. The jacket also features a lasered logo badge on secure chest compartments, an elbow pocket, angular zipped side pockets and adjustable cuffs. Crafted in A.A.C., a nylon and polyester micro-fibre whose fibres are weld together when laser cut, eliminating the need for overlocking the raw edges.

AAC is C.P. Company looking at how we can construct garments. The use of lasers for cutting garments is a normal production procedure but when applied to a nylon/polyester micro-fibre it actually welds the fibres together, eliminating the need for overlocking the raw edges. Gluing the seams with thermo sensitive adhesives reduces seam bulk by 50%.
