RETURN:If you've made a purchase in the last 15 days, before April 4th 2024,  and need to return an item, please contact our Customer Services by filling in the following form.
You can request a return within 14 days of your order being delivered by filling out the online return form. Once the request has been completed, you will receive email confirmation from our Customer Care team with the authorisation to proceed with the shipment.

If you chose Express shipping during the purchase process, you can use the return label inside the package to return the items. If, on the other hand, you have chosen Standard shipping, please contact us via the form to request your return label.
