Returns
RIGHT TO RETURN:
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right to return within 7 days of receiving the shipment (the days will be calculated from proof of delivery).
In order to obtain a refund of the purchase price, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date. In addition, if the product differs from the description or advertisement, or is provided in a manner inconsistent with the contract, you may return the product within three months from the date of receipt or within 30 days from the date you became aware of, or could have become aware of, such fact.
- If we do not receive your return request within this period, the return will be rejected.
- The products must be returned in a single shipment, and, where possible, in the same packaging in which they were delivered.
- Returns of products from the same order sent at different times will not be accepted.
- The products must be returned in a condition that has not decreased in value, except to the extent necessary to verify the characteristics, functions, or nature of the products..
* In the case of defective or damaged products, even if the 7-day return period has not yet expired,
you must first submit the Return Request Form, then contact Customer Service and wait for further instructions before proceeding with the return.

If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:
- Access the Return Request Form within 7 working days from the delivery date.
- Enter your Order Number and the email address used at the time of purchase.
- Please also provide the reason for the return.
- After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email containing further instructions regarding the return.
- This email will include the detailed return guidelines required to complete the return.
- Please note that the return process will proceed only after this email has been sent to you.
- Returns will be processed via CJ Logistics, and a courier will visit your address to collect the return parcel.
- Once the returned products arrive at our logistics center, their condition will be inspected and the return request will be processed and closed accordingly.
- You may check the status of your return at any time via My Page (your personal account area).
- If all of the above conditions are met, C.P. Company will refund the purchase price of the returned products, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount; provided, however, that where the return is due to reasons attributable to the Seller, such as product defects, the Seller shall bear the return shipping fee.
* C.P. Company does not offer product exchanges. Refunds are available only for returned items.
* If your order includes a gift box, we recommend that you keep and reuse it.
Gift boxes are non-refundable. If a gift box is returned together with the products, its cost will not be refunded and will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the above-mentioned conditions are not met or if the returned products are found to be damaged or worn, C.P. Company reserves the right not to accept the return. In that case you can decide to receive the products purchased once again, however you will be responsible for the shipping costs. It will not later be possible to refuse the shipment sent.
Returns of orders from countries other than those they were delivered to will not be accepted.
The full price of the products will be refunded by and no later than 3 business days from receipt of the shipment. The refund time varies according to the method of payment that you used, specifically:
- Credit card: the technical time for obtaining a refund depends on the credit institution that issued your card. The value date of the refund will not undergo any change compared with the debit date.
