We, Supremes Incorporated (1-8-7, Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan, hereinafter SUP) and Tristate (Tristate International SA (V.Canova 9, Lugano, Switzerland) and Tristate Digital SA (V.Canova 9, Lugano, Switzerland), hereinafter collectively TRISTATE) will handle your personal information in compliance with Japan law “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” and the Swiss Data Protection Act (“LPD”) as follows.
In general, we collect information about you when you create an account on the https://www.cpcompany.com online shop (the "Store"), when you purchase products offered for sale on the Store, when you subscribe to the newsletter, when you send us emails or contact us for support or information about the availability of a product. 11) To permit you to register for a Store account.
We use your personal data to allow you to create an account with the Store, regardless of whether you make a purchase on the Store or not.
The legal basis for such data processing is the fulfilment of contractual/pre-contractual requests submitted by you.
The retention period of your data, in addition to the period required for your order to be processed, is equal to the validity period of your account and in any case will be deactivated 24 months after your last access or after the last action performed by you on your account.
12) To update the contents of your shopping cart.
When you create an account in the Store, we may process personal data, in particular your email address, to inform you of the products in your shopping cart in the Store. The legal basis for such processing is the legitimate interest of the joint controller to keep you updated about the shopping cart. The retention period of your data for this purpose is 48 hours from the moment you leave the shopping cart without completing the purchase.
We may change the purpose of use if it is deemed to be reasonably related to the purposes before the change. In such case, we will inform you or announce it by web site as public news.
The items of personal information we use are as follows,

Tristate International SA has taken all measures to comply with these principals in accordance with the said system.
2) YAGI TSUSHO group which we (SUP) belong to, in particular, the following companies : YAGI TSUSHO LIMITED / HELIOPOLE Limited / MACKINTOSH JAPAN Limited / ALEXANDRE DE PARIS JAPAN K.K. / ECOPEL JAPAN Corporation / SPLENDORS & CO. / Mackintosh Limited (UK)

Except in the case of the preceding clause above, we will not provide the personal information to any third party without consent of the person unless otherwise exceptional circumstances as follows.
