1. My Account

You do not have to register to place an order, but if you sign up for an account, you will receive numerous benefits. To create an account, you will need to have a valid email address and choose a password to access your personal area. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you forget your login details, follow this link to receive a new password. If you continue to have issues with your login, please contact Customer Services using the dedicated form

2. Completing An Order, Payment

To complete your order, follow the payment stages. Once you have confirmed the contents of your cart, choose your preferred payment method and continue.

As we only stock items from each season, some sizes and colours may be out of stock and no longer available. If a specific size or colour is not available on the product page, it is no longer in stock in the warehouse.

Please complete the notification form to receive an email when the item you are looking for becomes available

Our e-commers will update new colletion upon receipt of it.                                                                 

If you look for previous season's product, please contact customer service.       

We cannot change an order once it has been confirmed; it is not possible to change the size or colour of an item. However, you can cancel an order if it has not already been processed

We have a wide range of secure payment options. Payments are managed through the SSL system.

Credit Cards

You can pay for your order using a credit or debit card.

All transactions are managed by Adyen, a leading institute in bank transactions for e-commerce websites. Once your order is confirmed, select the credit card option and you will be directed to Adyen’s secure website.

The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard®, Maestro®.

Visa Electron pre-paid cards are also accepted.

It is not possible to order by phone.

C.P. Company discount codes cannot be used together unless specified. Some service coupon might be invalid for discount price products.

3. Shipping And Delivery

Product will be deliverd within 2 ~ 5 days. (except Saturday, Sunday, National holiday)

Shpping information (number of order) will be provided by e-mail after delivered. You can trace it by the website.

600 JPY (incl.tax 660JPY) every places in Japan

(in case purchasing amount is over 10,000 JPY (incl.tax 11,000 JPY) it's free of charge)

You cannot change your delivery address once your order has been shipped. If you wish to do so, you must contact the courier directly to make an agreement regarding delivery. We will not send a package a second time if the first shipment is returned to the sender.

No, you can not collect it in stores.

4. Returns Policy

You may return the goods within 7 days after receiving product.                                                          

If you got a broken or wrong product, please inform and send 2 photos of such product to customer service in order to proceed return operation smoothly.                                                                                                         

Please send the product as is when you got it. (paper tag, additional accessories)                                       

We will refund within 14 days after receiving such product.

No, we cannot accept it.

We do not offer exchanges for returned items. Once we have received your return, provided that you have respected all the necessary conditions, you will be refunded within 14 working days. If the article that you would like to exchange is still available online, you can place a new order, which will be shipped within 2 or 5 days (except Saturday, Sunday, national holiday)

5. Fake Websites And Counterfeit Items

Please check our website for the list of authorised online stores, using the Store Locator. If a website is not on the list and presents the following characteristics, it is likely to be selling fake C.P. Company items: 1) If the website contains the word C.P. Company or cpcompany in the domain name (our official website - www.cpcompany.com - is the only website authorised to use the words C.P. Company or cpcompany in the domain name) 2) If the prices are significantly lower than our prices on our official website - www.cpcompany.com 3) If the website offers several items that are not a part of our latest collection and have therefore not been available for some time on www.cpcompany.com

Please go to Authenticity. If your item does not have a CERTILOGO label, please send us an email with at least 2 photos of the item: one photo of the price tag attached to the item and one photo of the entire item. We will examine the images with our quality control team and provide a response regarding the originality of your item.

6. Replacement Parts

You can purchase a new lens in the Spare Parts section. C.P. Company does not sell other replacement materials beyond C.P. Company lenses.

In case you want to purchase new lens, please contact customer service.

7. Quality Control

Please contact our Customer Services team using the following form. Please send us an email with at least 2 photos of the item: one photo of the price tag attached to the item and one photo of the entire item. We will examine the images with our quality control team and provide a response regarding the quality of your item.

8.  Maintenance And Washing Instructions

You can find the relevant instructions on the product page, in the Details and Product Care section next to the second image of the item.

9. Style Search

Currently, we cannot tell you if the item you are looking for will be available on our website in the future. If you wish, you can register to receive an email notification. Click on the size and colour you are looking for, then write your email address in the dedicated box and we will let you know when the product is available on our website.
