    Leadtime of delivery and way

    We will usually deliver the product within 2 or 5days (excluding weekend and national holiday) by SAGAWA after taking order. However, it's might be delayed in case taking many order in same time or after long national holiday. Thank you for your understanding in advance.                                              

    Return policy

    We will accept the return, if your request Customer Service within 14 days after receiving the product, except case of return in the condition of sale.                                                    

    If you request the return, please inform CS first, then, return the item along with the necessary documents. Returns will not be accepted without prior notification, so please note this in advance.
